Anna Catalani is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Tourism and
Cultural Change, Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. She has Master
degree and Doctoral Degree in Museum Studies, both from the University of
Leicester, United Kingdom. Between November 2006 and September 2007 she has
worked as Research Associate in Museum and Public History at Northumbria
University, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. Anna’s current research
interests are in the fields of museum and heritage studies, material culture,
collectors and collections, identities and diaspora, the role of museums in the
construction of identities, public history and community involvement. Anna
will be working with PHRC to further develop their international resources,
particularly international schools that offer public history related programs.
